I’ve always loved taking photos. Of friends, landscapes, textures of a new city, a dinner table after a good meal. I’m constantly inspired.

I live in Southwest Portland with my husband, Corey, and blue heeler, June. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably traveling or daydreaming about where to go next.

Before starting “CarlyCas Photography,” I spent years working in sales and customer success, learning how to connect with people from all walks of life. This year, I finally decided to lean into what’s always felt natural: creating and documenting full-time.

My work is rooted in a natural, nostalgic style, balancing candid storytelling with gentle direction. Creating images that I hope feel honest, effortless, and artfully composed. Always with a focus on storytelling and connection.
